Transaction fees
Per-transaction processing rates.
Applied per successful payment. The percentage applies to the transaction amount; the fixed fee is per transaction. Stripe's base processing cost is included — there's no separate Stripe charge on top of these rates.

Email messages
Email message allowances and overages.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance for email messages sent by staff — newsletters, announcements, mass communications, and individual messages. Transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, documents, automated notifications) are always unlimited and never count toward this limit.

Every plan includes a monthly SMS segment allowance for outbound and inbound messaging. One segment covers up to 160 characters; longer messages consume multiple segments.
