There is a monthly platform fee of C$50 ($35 USD), which covers access to our platform and its features. This fee is charged regardless of transaction volume.
In addition, we charge transaction fees as follows:
A minimum fee of $1.00 applies per transaction.
These fees include Stripe's base processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 for credit cards on standard pricing). However, any additional fees levied by Stripe, such as failures and disputes, are deducted separately.
In essence, we charge a Stripe Connect application fee equal to the transaction fee (from above) less Stripe's base processing fees (e.g., 4.5% - (2.9% + $0.30) for credit cards). Stripe may also charge additional fees for international cards, currency conversions, disputes, failures, or for other reasons. These fees are not included in our transaction fees and are deducted separately by Stripe and according to their terms and your agreement with them.
